3 Pillars of Health
The Wisdom Hive
The 3 Pillars of Health is a unique program led by Board Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Experienced Yoga Teacher, Megan Hively.
It is a part virtual, part in-person learning experience that is designed to give its participants an introduction to Ayurvedic principles and how to use them to thrive.
This program is for curious and self-motivated individuals who want to expand their understanding of themselves from the perspective of Ayurveda and who are ready to live in the highest expression of themselves and in alignment with nature's rhythms.
It’s based on the idea that individuals are in a constant dance with the cycles of nature and we can create a more balancing experience when we approach life with awareness and understanding.
"As long as we are not living in harmony with nature and our constitution, we cannot expect ourselves to be really healed. Ayurveda gives us the means."
- David Frawley

What Ayurveda Clients Say
This was my first experience of Ayurveda and as a Practitioner Megan opened my mind to the Eastern way of healing and wellbeing. Sometimes the littlest changes can have the profoundest effects in your life. Megan offered me a more holistic way to look at my health suggesting natural or organic treatments to keep my body in balance. Megan is very knowledgeable and has a warm, welcoming manner which made our sessions very enjoyable. I would highly recommend you book a session with her.
