My certifications include a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor trained in the framework of Yoga Therapeutics, a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM with specialty certifications in Corrective Exercise and Behavior Change, and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. I have been in the fitness and yoga industry for almost a decade and am excited to use the knowledge I have gained to help others.
