This 4-week focused health program combines education, self-study, and goal setting in a supportive group environment to energize your health journey. During the 3 sessions, you will learn millennia-old wisdom that will help to improve sleep, increase energy, and experience more easeful digestion and elimination.
Option to add on a one-on-one session with Megan to receive more personalized guidance.
