The workshop is a 2.5-hour immersive experience designed to help women navigate perimenopause with more confidence and ease. We'll be working through the lens of Ayurveda, which offers some incredibly practical tools for things like hot flashes, night sweats, mood shifts, and dips in energy. 

It will be a mix of self-inquiry interwoven with Ayurvedic learnings and experiences. 

My goal is for you to leave with real, actionable strategies and an empowered sense of yourself in this transition.
