Does summer's heat and humidity have you all hot and bothered? This time of year brings us an excess of the elements of fire and water which can show up as rashes, inflamation, irritability and even diarhea. What we eat and what we do in our daily routine can either ease this heat and the conditions or exacerbate them. Luckily, Ayurveda (an ancient system of natural healing), gives us numerous tools to bring us back into wellbeing. In this workshop you will be introduced to the basics of Ayurveda, learn diet and lifestyle practices that balance the heat and humidity of summer, and experience a cooling yoga and breathwork practice.
